- What is toolbars?
Toolbars provide shortcuts to menu commands.
- Where is it located?
Toolbars are generally located just below the Menu bar.
Types of Toolbars?
There are three types of toolbars:
1.Standard Toolbar
2.Formatting Toolbar

1. Click the up or down arrows on the right of the Top, Bottom,
Left and Right text boxes to increase or decrease the margin
settings.
2. Set all the four margins to 1”.
3. Click OK and the new margin will be applied to your new
document.

Entering Text
- You do not need to press the Enter key at the end of a line while typing. The word will move automatically down to the next line.
- Press the Space bar to insert a space between the words.
- Press Caps Lock key on the keyboard, and the following text will become upper case.
- To type Exclamation Mark, press Shift key and ‘!’ key on the keyboard
